Self explanatory. And when they're converted to a regular player add boost cost to conversion cost.

I wish, but they will throw this under NGTH simply cuz if you buy the player they want you to boost him like the rest

I would think the devs would like to have new players get to see what a fully boosted player looks like before they quit the game from boredom. I see this as a win-win.
