Issue with your players Video is they have to play for teams a tier above their current tier, i.e. rookie may show current tier, but since they already played a few games into new seasons, would have to sign with a soph team.

or they have to wait for the current same tier teams to catch up, coaching college will sign the CB but cant until after the 11th game this season
