I haven't played this game in a bit and was wondering could anyone tell me what I should be looking for to further build my RB.

No offence but best thing to do would probably be just to delete and start a new build.

Aside from SP expenditure being all over the place the build itself just doesn't have a long term future (or at least a successful one). Can break it down in further detail but there's a bunch of various stuff: extremely low conditioning cap (especially for a power HB), two of the traits you've chosen aren't that good (specifically slow built + strong base) and the SAs you've chosen aren't particularly useful at lower levels.

Generally it's a good idea to try min/max attributes as much as possible and once you start playing around with builds you begin to notice certain attributes are more important than others - so for example 10 strength is a good idea for a power back, but awareness/confidence not such a big deal since they only affect a handful of skills relevant to the position. Likewise in terms of SP expenditure much better idea just to focus on a few key skills early on so at least he can be effective at something rather than mediocre at everything.

To give you an example here's a pickup HB I was messing around with: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/239450 - I don't claim to be amazing at building dots or anything but the basic ideas are there: min/maxing attributes to try make the most out of SP cost and focusing SP expenditure on just a few key skills. I'm sure other people could point you to better builds but hopefully that points you in the right direction at least.

Specialize the build. Jack of all trades is only good on a couple of positions. HB isn't one of them. Either be a speed/elusive back or power back. Conditioning needs to be over 80 on elusive and close to 100 on power backs.

any time you make a hb you are probably going to want to max out conditioning or at least get it in the 90's.

from there it is about whether you want to be super fast (maxing sprint/quickness), fast and powerful (maxing spring/power running), or fast and elusive (maxing sprint/elusive running), or just all out powerful (maxing sprint/balance/toughness).

once you figure that out you can then go on to figure out what goes into maxing those attributes for your hb. easiest bet is stobie's virtual player tool. but otherwise you can always ask the player base as well to figure some stuff out.
