I want to release the last 2 and sign the last 2 players for the team. But with Minimum required it won't let me, but Salary cap will fit. How can I resolve it?

As a rookie team you may as well just put your own guys on low contract, sign the extra guys you need, drop the 2 you want to and then bring your contracts back to medium or high wherever it was.
