I was wondering if they were any good, I am sure they aren't as good as sophomores, but like a superstar HB and WR, would they really suck?

Let's say every tier is assigned a letter of the alphabet. The distance between letters would be equal to the gap between tiers. A is rookie, Z is vet, sophomore would be the letter J, whereas pro would be W. Basically, the gap between tiers and their players shrinks the further along you are. If you were to do this at vet/pro tier it would work well. Having a rookie on your team in any capacity as a sophomore team would only hurt you. Unless you were planning on doing the tier skip/catch up trick, but that's another story.

Someone may need to come in and verify that I chose the right letters of the alphabet.

resetting is the plan for my team. So I wouldn't mind having you around in my tier for their careers

No you twit, Journeyman would be J...

Rookie - A

Sophmore - F

Journeyman - J (ldo)

Seasoned - M

Pro - V

Vet - Z

And if anybody thinks Pro should be P I would submit that you are an asshole.
