Need final build help to finish him out. Maxing out quickness first. Using cap boosters on conditioning. Not sure if I should pump footwork or carry awareness

I'd prob at least have 70 Balance, and without some power SA will be worthless, IMO... personally I'd prefer more Hands and Consistency too.

Stiff arm is useless without at least 50 power running.

He has a pretty good target/catch ratio this season after the changes. Like Mysterio said, Stiff Arm is a TARP! for elusive/non power runners.

I wouldn't put anything into elusive/power/carry awareness on that guy. And as others have said, respec away from stiff arm.

I've been pretty happy with this non-S* screen specialist.

Agree on more Balance to help CiS fire more.

Personally I'd throw a few more points into Carry Grip, Toughness, and Heart.

I definitely endorse the value of 30 or so Elusive with silver Juke. It doesn't fire as much as I'd like, but when it does, it tends to zip him around a pile of bodies and into open space. Totally worth it imo.

I could also use my last cap booster for hands instead of conditioning. I can also see heart abd toughness working on him.

Balance/hands/heart/tough

Seem reasonable?
