Isn't the suggestion forum for coming up with new ideas and how they should be implemented? Not saying "my qb isn't passing as good this season fix it rawr"

2. No complaint threads. This is a place to suggest ideas that fix a problem with the game, not a place to identify problems.

I've got a star TE with Heart and Toughness at 50, Consistency at 80 and he's had his worst season ever. Only been 5 games, so it's a small sample size, but it is definitely harder to complete passes right now. The QB has consistency over 80 and heart of 50+.

For this season it looks like the Veteran benchmark against quality teams is going to be 50-55% completion rate(maybe 3 or 4 points lower in bad weather), down maybe 5-10 points from last season.

I'm okay with that because it affects everyone, but Myrik Justiciar is right about it hurting balanced attack teams. And I think he's right that it will lead to more cookie-cutter offensive schemes, where everyone has the same kind of players and run the same plays.

Looks like your passing game wasn't all that bad yesterday after the changes went through. TE still had a hard time but 57% passing for the QB is alright. Plus it was raining in the sim yesterday so I think it was more of a day for the speed running game than anything.

Star QB, star TE, star WR1, star OTs, and our star WR1 had an even worse day than the TE. These are our best players, and they are having their worst season ever.

Diverse play selection and some lucky rolls smoothed it out and got us to 57%. And yeah, our speed running game bailed us out more than once.

Rain isn't an issue to me: a balanced attack team that can't pass in rain/snow will never make it to the playoffs.

In some ways, it's reassuring that the TE is struggling - maybe the TE plays are no longer OP. Not so much for WR1 - it was already the most difficult position in terms of consistent results, and it now appears to be even harder. That matters to me because it reduces the variety of plays/strategies. Effective play selection is already too narrow.

The running game appears to be down as well, I don't have as good a handle on that because of who we've played so far. But the outside running plays are still working just fine.

On defense, the biggest change seems to be on the tackling side. I've seen a lot more missed tackles this season.
