whats better for a pass rusher? DE or LB? is it like HBs, i mean, power rushers are generally better than technical ones or is it better a slipery guy? in GLB1 i had great success with technical rushers but i never tried it here. ive just made this LB, what should i do with him?

LB blitzer is all about speed speed speed.

DL pass rusher is all about pass rush tech and Spin Cycle.

60+ Snap Reaction as well as speed speed speed is a must for LBs in my book.

Pretty much this. No other way.

Look at the records page, you'll see that top defensive ends have hit in the 93-124.5 sack range, while lbs have hit 145-205. Better plays and less blockers to worry about from the lb spot.

Blitzing LB is all about speed. Speed speed speed, then quickness to fire off first step. Blitz awareness/snap reaction are helpful.
