It was a non planned team, we unintentionally renewed for S18, we had no staff, i screwd around with gameplan and full CPU, but the team was winning, so we started hiring players, some people got interested in coaching for the team, they came, thats it 
. After a good season, we decided to keep Phoenix, we hope we can get good players, but desiring S*s now is unrealistically, specially on soph, very hard to hire good players, most are in a franchise project.
