Sometimes it would be nice if coaches had a sub forum or could set topics to where only coaches could view it. Nice to chat about players that teams need to upgrade in the season, etc.

This may be a option that I don't know of already?

You can buy a private forum for something like 100 flex

Most teams use that sort of thing for coaches discussion / detailed game planning (just to be on the safe side)
