Doesn't being able to convert PUP kind of build in the ability to fix builds in later tiers rather than trades?
It might be too late for this as so many are into just resetting all the time, but I would like to see a bonus for agents using the d-leagues to keep building players. Like flex point bonuses for keeping someone going to vet so when someone else gets the urge to reset, there is a larger pool to draw from if you want to keep your team at that level. The trend now is to build a team, run them all through whatever level, and reset. There isn't anyone staying in vet and rebuilding at that level with available players anymore. I get it, there is a lot of fun building a team through the levels, but maybe there should be some incentive for both players and teams to stay at the top level for a while. Building a viable d-league would help that. If anything, making each advance through tiers be rewarding in the end instead of people figuring out how many flex points they will lose for another season. There is no incentive to continue forward if you are not an elite team and there is not much hope in sight because everyone just wants to hit the reset button with their players, as well. I know I reset because it was too hard to find quality players to keep rebuilding at the vet level because when teams reset, they took agents with them.
Trades was one of the reasons I began to hate GLB. Sure I will follow your build plan with my couple of dots only to have them traded anyways.
