Fury vs Blue Ridge Moonshine Club
This should be a good game. Blue Ridge is fighting to hold on to 1st place in Beta while Fury is furiously climbing up the ranks in Alpha after a slow start. Fury has been on fire lately, winning its last 5 games. Since stacking the roster, they are undefeated. Blue Ridge needs this victory, but can they stop the red hot Fury?

Prediction: Fury moves closer to 1st in Alpha with a victory while Blue Ridge falls.

Northland Reavers vs Columbus Knights
Columbus is doing well in ladder play but not so much in league play. Northland needs to keep pace with Whoville and not let Fury pass them in the standing.

Prediction: Northland takes care of business and stays in 1st place in Alpha.

Whoville Whos vs The Simpsons
Another great matchup. I have no idea how to predict The Simpsons. They beat some good teams and lose good teams. They have the better roster, but do they have the better game plan? Whoville is reeling, having loss 2 of their last 3 and winning at OT game in their ladder game. A mostly CPU roster is finally catching up with them.

Prediction: Simpsons stay alive in Gamma with a victory. Whoville starts their decent in Alpha.

PAIN NATION MIDGETS vs Anchorage Ninjas
Midgets are the best CPU roster in the league. Anchorage is the worst team in the league.

Prediction: Midgets win by double digits.

Los Angeles Pain vs Pasadena Rebels
Actually, the Rebels are the worse team in the league. Pain better get their act together or they will be out of contention fast. Gamma isn't a division to mess around with. Can they right the ship?

Prediction: Pain wins to stay alive in Gamma.

The Jedi Order vs 1980s Run Stuffers
Ahhh yeahh!!! The match up of the century. Jedi vs Sith. Good vs Evil. Dark vs Light. Run vs Run...what???? Both teams have great staffs and rosters. Both are led by GLB2 Legends. Who will stop the other teams devastating rushing attack? Both teams need to win to stay in 1st in their respective division. Will any team change up their game plan and try to fool the other team? This will be a game for the ages!

Prediction: It will be a defensive struggle. 1st downs will be hard to get. Jedi Order scores a FG late to take home the 1st victory of this heated rivalry.

Damn, we have some good match ups this week too.

A very tight loss to the #2 team and out gaining the stuffers while leading the game for almost three quarters isn't exactly reeling. Most these games are tight with RNG playing a huge factor.

You have picked us to lose every game so far yet we are sitting in first place and 9th on the ladder. Not too bad for the second best CPU roster in the league. I'm pretty sure tomorrow's game will also be tight and RNG will be a big factor.

I don't consider you a cpu roster. Although I thought Midgets were all cpu. Obviously Whoville is better than the Midgets.

The Jedi Order are still training but are prepared to strike first in this great war. To battle stations!

Fury vs Blue Ridge was a defensive struggle. Almost all of Fury's offense came in the 1st 20 minutes of the game. Blue Ridge came up with a huge goal line stand to hold us to a FG (that took us up 10-0) but Fury's defense (and bad rookie FG kicking) kept Blue Ridge off the scoreboard.

I'll take an ugly 10-0 win any day in rookie ball, though.
