with a great tackling player, this SA could be quite revolutionary..... is what we wish will happen but it it really possible to stop a well built power rusher with just an SA?

Way too early to tell. My Vet team only has a few guys who have taken it. Some of my builds weren't designed with the idea of lots of toughness, so I went towards Death Grip instead.

How much toughtness you guys think it would be necessary? 70? And how would this affect conditioning? Down to 50-60?

Not entirely sure but 4 ff's and 3 lost today is considerably better than last season against hammered.
