Given the disparity in the cost of BRB vs RBT, is it more likely that an OL will be losing a run blocking interaction or winning a run blocking interaction?

That really depends on the OL build more than anything, but I never really use either SA. Maybe on a 100% run Blocking C I might take Silver Get Low.
