Pass Rushing DE/DT. (60+)
Pass Coverage CB. (70+)
QuarterBack (40ish)
O-line (30-40)
Receivers (30-40)
Coverage LB (50)
Man coverage Safety (60)
There's some disagreement about whether Elusive HB's need footwork. I think the answer is yes if you're trying to make a guy who can razzle with elusive moves... however a speedy HB's whos goal is simply to get to the edge really might only need ~25 footwork or less.

psssst...the secret to kickers is footwork...
I'm just joshin'. I'm pretty sure that been tested and proven wrong. As for the Oline, how much footwork would everyone say a Center would need? I know there are some nasty pr DTs out there so is 30-40 still needed?

Super speedy RB's need footwork for certain Counter plays. If you don't want to waste SP on Footwork, then that limits which Counters you can run.

Really?
This is new to me, which plays and how much do you think they need? Does it speed up the initial move after the pitch?

You see them running sideways facing the LOS at a greatly reduced speed with low footwork on some counters. Trips Counter Strong is one of them.

This thread highlights a lot of examples:

Footwork doesn't matter until RB's get up to a certain speed. Not sure what that is, probably somewhere in the 80's. After that, they do the sidestepping thing forever until you get footwork up.
