I know it sounds crazy hearing me say this but I would take 1 point out of stamina and put it into agility. Get that elusive rushing cap as high as possible. He should still be able to get 80 conditioning. Looks pretty solid to me tho.

I don't know if he needs to change Attributes. He's got 3 Cap Boosters to use. He can go 99 Stam and 81 Elusive or 84 Stam and 96 Elusive with his build. Seems fine to me to run through as a Pickup player a few times and experiment with the mix.
I'm in the "Elusive HBs don't need as much conditioning as powerbacks" camp. I feel the SP is better used elsewhere (like getting elusive rushing to 90+).

I tested this already and posted results in the PUP Test thread. Everyone can see the data for themselves. No need to build another PUP test to test the same thing. Rather, test something else about elusive builds and share the results with the community.
Ok...I just created the next Cobra Commander. 99 Speed, 90 Elu Running, 67 conditioning and a few run blocking skills to lead block for the new Skeletor.

Not nearly as much carrying grip as power backs. I suggest keep it low until you realize you're fumbling way too often and then add some, rinse repeat. Don't want to waste SP there.
