Where should I concentrate now? Should I keep putting points into my 4 main skills (the ones that are currently 50+), or should I bring up my Heart, Carrying Awareness and Quickness(or Balance) to 30+ before going back to my main skills? Which would improve my performance the most in the short run (I know where my end goals are; I'm just trying to figure out if it's better in the short run to max main skills or bring up secondary skills to a respectable level)?

Conditioning, carry grip, and power running.

It takes awhile before Power Running really gets effective. Because of that, it needs to be a priority. As you're working on Power Running, keep adding to conditioning. I wouldn't add more to Carry Grip right now, as a Sophomore I doubt a whole lot of defenders have enough fumbling skills to make anything higher than what you have a worry. So just Power Running and Conditioning for now. Your guy has a speed cap of 43, which is very low, so he's not going to be outmaneuvering anyone. I wouldn't really touch quickness for awhile either.

Keep saving AP's until you can Gold Power Through. Make sure your player tactics are set to whatever the highest boost to Power Running is.
