For the love of God, please either remove the Red Zone First/Second down section or give me the option to not use it. It is ridiculous that I have LESS CONTROL over my play calling when I enter the red zone. I would like to just use my normal tactics.

I have 100% goalline run on 1st down on my normal tactics but when I get in the red zone, those tactics take over and I start throwing the ball sometimes.

This is actually a really good point, I've never understood why we have so much control over normal 1st/2nd/3rd down situations but when we enter the red zone or have the ball with under two minutes to go in the half we have to settle for one set of tactics to cover all three downs. Can we atleast make the red zone/2 minute drill tactics just cover 1st and 2nd downs and let our normal 3rd down tactics take over for 3rd downs in those situations?

I would rather have my 1st down tactics. For starters, they can just remove "1st down" from the red zone tactics. Let my normal 1st down tactics be used. 3rd down in the red zone already has its own tactics per distance.

Oh right, I guess my main complaint with the red zone tactics is they lump 1st and 2nd down together and my main problem with the 3min drill tactics is they only give us one set of tactics to cover all downs and distances.

Yeah some of the offensive tactics options are pants on head retarded.
It shouldn't have been so unthinkable to Bort and co that some of us would prefer playcalling by down in the red zone. I mean hell, we ALL playcalled by down in GLB1 when we reached the red zone. I understand they wanted to roll back the complexity behind playcalling, but they also took away a LOT of coordinator choices and it SUCKS in a lot of places.

I use the red zone tactics however they are retarded. They happen to work well for me but I am probably one of very few. I do hate the 3 minute offense for this very reason however. I end up with an inside run on 3rd and long or a pass on third and short.
