Obviously, the "get around blockers" part is less relevant, but how crucial is Pursuit for the line?

I would think it's use would be for not getting shook out of your cleats by Elusive backs running up the middle (or at least shook out of them less often), as well as taking proper angles on ballcarriers to limit screens and outside runs. I don't seem to see it spoken of too often, but I feel like it's a pretty important skill for all defensive positions. I've not been at this too long though, so that may be my inexperience talking.

Does not seem to important to me for DLine. I add a little bit to get them off of the floor but when they are pursuing outside runs they are typically running back to deep coverage and prevent and do pretty good without much pursuit.

I generally toss some pursuit on the d-line, I think it's only useful on the d-line to deal with elusive backs. So if all you have is power backs in your division/league/tier then put that into tackling skills instead.
I wouldn't spend SP on pursuit with the d-line until you actually need it. Because it could turn out you never really do need it.
