Can easily afford 100/90/90. It's the finishing each off to 100 that gets expensive, and then you have to cut somewhere.

Planning on having Twilight Zone's current back go 100 Sprint/ 95 Power Running/ 74 Conditioning, with also 56 elusive running. Going to be testing how Gold Spin interacts with high Power Running. My Lakers team will have a true 100/100/100 with an all S* Oline including a S* C, S* FB, 2 S* OT, 2 S* G, and 2 S* TE running exclusively Big I

S*TE going to be blocking?

Yes 100% run team. One might argue the S* would be better at a position like CB or safety but I'm curious to see how ridiculous the pancake numbers could get with 9 S* blockers on each play with 90+ RBT/RBP. Imagine the push the line would get

I'm honestly not looking forward to it.
Your team and the utter spanking you gave us last season has affected the builds of 6 of our defensive players just so we have some chance of stopping you.

I'm of the personal opinion that RBP doesn't help that much for actual pancackes and would rather see that SP go to quick/sprint/intim etc. But will definitely fun to watch, unless i'm playing you ha

It is silly when you face a HB with 100 Cond and he gets 50+ touches and still has like 95 energy at the end of the game.

Toughness. It's Toughness that's keeping the Energy levels up.

So high Toughness combined with high Conditioning is what is OP. (IMO)

Go back and look at that thread where I was discussing with Corndog gravitation and the nerf to Heart. His point was that the amount of gravitation was effected by Heart so high Heart would help in negating that gravitation.

But what I don't think he realised is that he added Toughness into the gravitation calculation. So while Heart got nerfed, Toughness was given a new ability / buff.

And Toughness is cheap on SP costs. So I think it's Toughness related more than just pure Conditioning (though obviously that helps too).

Then again, I'm not sure gravitation even works on Energy (maybe just Morale). If that's the case, then starting Morale at 50 and implementing Morale gravitation is how this game created the high Conditioning monsters.

*Drops all of his pro-conditioning propaganda and storms out of the room with a scoff*

Welp! The beast mode monkey is out of the bag!

Curious what you're considering high Toughness? 50? More?

I could be mistaken--just remembering from seeing the build open--but I'm pretty sure Barry hasn't been big on Toughness, just Sprint+Cond. Granted he's been maxed on those for a while, so he probably has maxed Toughness by now too.

I've definitely been of the opinion that gravitation is only for morale. I don't ever see guys with 10 energy start gravitating back to 50, so I'm not sure why you'd suspect that.

In fact, I've definitely had Barry down pretty far on morale in-game (TFLs/fumbles), and he just continues doing what he does. I really think it's all energy-based. Toughness does help some with that, supposedly.

Toughness would be much more applicable to a power HB than elusive since elusive is not dragging defenders.

Yeah definitely agree, a HB like Hammered would need more Toughness than one like Barry.

Hammered's build is open and he has 68 Toughness. I guess that is a little higher than what I'd typically expect. I wonder how his effectiveness would change if he could hypothetically trade Toughness back to like 40 for whatever extra Sprinting that would buy.

Nobody seems to ever talk about Fred and probably due to me using him in a mixed role. He currently has 88 power, 90 sprinting and 82 conditioning. Still working up some skills but he is a monstrous build. Currently has 43 toughness though. Not sure you can come to any serious conclusions with him still working up power and having to hammer sprinting a bit further though. Your Team America squad did a great job against him with all of that death grip you guys have going on lol.

Kung Fu Death Grip ftw! Sure, Fred is definitely a good one. He torched us pretty bad last season, but the defense has added a lot of tackling, toughness, cond, etc trying to deal with power backs.

TA's HB Monty Rios is another good one who doesn't get mentioned as much because he's not as specialized as Barry and Hammered. He's definitely not in the high Toughness camp either.

Here's what high Toughness gives you...

Thinking I'm going to use my last cap booster to bring Toughness to 73.
