I am a brand new owner, but I have been a pretty active agent and I am looking to flesh out my entire coaching staff. I promise to be an active owner and I am willing to take on agents that are new to coaching. There will be some growing pains so please bare with me, but I am looking to keep the team rolling all the way till the end, that is if we have the players willing to stick around. I am willing to hear what some coaches visions are for the defense and offense before I make an decisions. I know this is late and right before the season starts, but better late than never.
