Simplify it, extend the length of the career boosts...15 games is kinda lol if you ask me...each career boost should equal 1 season

I understand and I'm not trying to change their business model but rather improve the value of the game to customers. Yeah there are some things they need to think through the implications. It's why I figure they need to think it through.

Somewhere there's a way to figure it out.

Over priced Career Boosts are what is hurting Vet.

I'll repeat that.

Over priced Career Boosts are what is hurting Vet.

If most players aren't going to Career Boost, then Vet is experiencing 50% player turnover every season. It's why there are so few competitive Vet teams. There simply aren't enough well built players sticking around for 4 seasons.

Even 4 seasons of Vet is equal to 25% player turnover. It's why I've suggested decreasing the growth seasons and making players that have a standard Vet base of 4 seasons that could then be extended to 6 seasons, which is only 16% turnover.

16% turnover would lead to more Vet teams that could field competitive rosters

In thinking on this further after writing my State of the game thread, from a coding difficulty point of view the easiest thing to do is:

Double the length of each Career Boost to 30 games.

That way each player can have 2 Vet seasons with full SP boost purchases and then another 4 seasons with Career Boosts totaling 6 Vet seasons.

You'd then have 5 growth seasons and 6 potential Vet seasons.

Also, I think WG would make more money/FLEX from this. Career Boosts purchases should increase by at least 2x with this.

This really needs to happen. Rookie really it's a ridiculous tier, and vet absolutely needs to be longer.

imo end rookie, give 10k more SP at creation and 2 more AP and spread the rest out. Give 3 seasons at vet, 3 more with career boosts
