screw the defensive meta, if i learned anything its that defense is based on being able to run the formation and plays that best match the builds. GA proved that with their 5-2 defense.

Yep, defensive meta is all about building around 3-4 plays, and building everyone to run it exceedingly well. I don't know what the next defensive meta will be though.

We are basically doing the same thing but different. The key to success for both of our guys being conditioning. Fair and I just decided to try building all our stars with ultra high conditioning because we had a hunch it could be gamebreaking. C'Mon Man was a bit of a pioneer in that regard. Another guy was WR Jeremy Sedita who I had on AA/DA. His high conditioning led to great numbers.

Looking across GLB2 I see high conditioning HB's being successful:

#1 HOF HB - Barry Sanders (High speed/condy)
#2 HOF HB - C'MON DAWG (High power/condy)
#1 Pro HOF HB - Wes Craven (High speed/condy)
#2 Journey HB - × Hammered × (High power/condy)
#1 Seasoned HB - Orange Soda (High-ish power/speed/condy)
#2 Seasoned HB - Trogdor the Burninator (High speed/condy and power to come)

All these guys with conditioning 70+

You're forgetting Tortoise, the original high conditioning, moderate sprinting power back.

That cat won Vet offensive MVP playing on a balanced offense (as opposed to pure rush) when passing was still king. The rest of the top finishers were all QBs. Next best HB was from a pure rush team.

He's basically the reason my comment on every build I see is: needs more conditioning.

Link? I remember him but searching the HOF gets me no where.

And it's not just high( 70+?) conditioning I'm talkin about. × Hammered × will be 100/100 Power Running/Conditioning. That is key to being the ultimate meat grinder HB!

Dat trophy cabinet...

And that 40 yard dash time, lol. He looked fast on the field once he was into the secondary.
