I want to learn how to play, so if anyone is interested in me making his team add me.

New rookie teams can't sign players with any games. You can sign onto a sophomore team or you can retire them for a partial refund to remake new rookies. Alternately you can wait for the new rookie teams to play enough games that they can sign a level 1 player.

I have room on my rookie team for some players if you do remake. I need a kickoff specialist, a FG specialist and a power punter.
