I know that a lot of guys might want to skip a tier for whatever reason. I could certainly find it useful in some cases. And some of us are GMs with the ability to do that by signing and then immediately cutting players. I figure this is a good spot for posting if you need to be signed and cut after your last game, in time to get a CPU game in so you can catch up over the offseason. Lots of people will see it here as opposed to the players looking for teams board.
