new here i just bought some points but I love my pickup player.... but I was wondering can he ever join a Team cuz I don't wanna put points on em if he can't. I didn't know if it just means he has to eventually level up to sophomore or something.

Also question on buying a team it asks rookie or soph now for obvious reasons I should be a rookie but say I wanted to be bias and coach my Running back.. hes a sophomore... Can rookie teams play with sophomore players... im trying to read the guides which so far are great on how to play just some quick noob questions thank a lot happy to be here.

As for the answers to your two questions:

Pickup players cannot join a team and only play in quick scrimmages.

Sophomore players cannot play on rookie teams. Rookie players could play on sophomore teams or any players in lower tiers can sign to higher tier teams but they are at a distinct disadvantage skill wise obviously.
