The playoffs are dead close this season and with 3 weeks left to play lets look at those looking to get in the 4 team playoff for the silver championship.

Alpha:
Detroit Deadites 8-3
Orlando Sharks 7-4

Bravo:
Western Tulsa Ferrets 10-1
Miami Sharktopus 8-3
Cleveland Vindicators 8-3

Gamma:
Stockton Skulls 9-2
Hendrix Warriors 6-5

The Wildcard will be deserving the wild in its name due to the potential 4-5 team race we have going on for it. Miami and Cleveland both sit at 8-3 with Orlando right behind and Hendrix being the longshot. In order for Hendrix to have any shot they would need to win the next 3 games in a row and hope they win the tie break (Points against iirc) Miami leads the wildcard leads with the fewest points allowed but Hendrix is right behind them so they may have a say if they can manage to sweep their divison games.

Cleveland Miami and Orlando could be a mess. Orlando having one of the most points allowed in the league really needs to win all three of their games to make the playoffs. If they do manage to beat Detroit then there is a chance Orlando and Detroit make it in the playoffs with Cleveland and Miami sitting out the post season.

Western Tulsa is guaranteed to make the playoffs but if Cleveland or Miami manages to beat them it could mean huge implications on the wild card race. The loser of the Miami-Cleveland game would HAVE to beat Western Tulsa to have any chance of making the playoffs.

Predictions? Assuming I got all the situations correct?

Detroit, WTF & Stockton are shoe ins for me and I expect the wildcard to come from Bravo, right now I predict that to be Miami, although Cleveland are by no means a push over. Silver is the strongest league in the tier and i think the run in will show how strong many of the teams are.

It's hard for me to say since I have players on Miami Sharktopus and also have players on Detroit as well as DC'ing for Detroit LOL.

This is how I see it finishing, but just my opinions.

Alpha Division

1.z-Detroit Deadites 11-3
2.Orlando Sharks 9-5
3.90's TV Show Characters 3-11
4.Madison Booms 2-12

Beta Division

1.z-Western Tulsa Ferrets 12-2
2.x-Miami Sharktopus 10-4
3.Cleveland Vindicators 9-5
4.Bristol Rovers 1-13

Gamma Division

1.z-Stockton Skulls 12-2
2.Hendrix Warriors 8-6
3.Kalapana Lava 5-9
4.Houston Devils 1-13

Z=Division Winner
X=Wild Card

Toughest last part of the season is for beta division with Ferrets/Sharktopus and Vindicators all playing each other, those games could really swing any way. As Phisch said, I agree that Silver is by far the toughest league.

I agree Beta is the toughest division by far but the Stockton skulls have been red hot coming into these playoffs i would'nt underestimate them. I hate to say it but im taking Cleveland for the wildcard. Detroit, Cleveland, Stockton, and Western Tulsa. I truly believe any one of these teams could win it also believe if Miami makes the playoffs they could win it as well.

Orlando and Hendrix losing has eliminated both of them from the playoffs so now its down to this weeks Miami vs Cleveland game. Miami has a sizable advantage in terms of winning the tiebreak so this one will come down to the winner of this game.

I would have to say that if Miami does beat the Ferrets, that Ferrets have their division locked as winners since on the tie breaker between ferrets and vindicators will come down to total points against since they split and Ferrets have less against them. Now if Miami beats Cleveland and can hold them to low points and Miami can beat the ferrets by a substantial amount then Miami should win the division.

Ferrets allowed 82

Miami Allowed 104

Cleveland Allowed 145

Miami would have to shut cleveland down and beat the ferrets by a good amount. So Ferrets don't have the division on 100% lockdown quite yet but its looking more promising for them.

Detroit still has to get past Orlando and 90's TV show characters, But detroit has quite a bit lower on points against than Orlando, But there would be no split if Orlando wins. Detroit just has to win 1 of the 2 games then it's 100%

Stockton I personally think will end up #1 seed now.

So my guesstimate on how I think it will end up although Miami and Cleveland could be a toss up for 4th seed because Cleveland has been on a big roll as well.

#1 Seed Stockton Skulls

#2 Seed Western Tulsa Ferrets

#3 Seed Detroit Deadites

#4 Wild Card Miami Sharktopus.

I could be completely wrong LOL, but that's how I feel it will end up. Good luck everybody!!

Anybody else as excited about our league playoffs as I am?? I can't wait, I think it will be a very challenging and fun playoff. We have some really killer teams in our league and we've proved that by knocking out the top teams in all the other leagues. Also can't wait to see where we all end up for next season.

Who all is staying on for next season and who is resetting??

I know Detroit Deadites will be moving on to next season.

I think you can confirm that Miami will be in the playoffs after the blowout victory over Cleveland
