lol, I started watching this game to see how the D would do, saw that play and remembered you were 2 tiers down. Needless to say, I stopped watching.

Well we're Jman.. but just lost to #3 Dallas after leading 38-13 in the 4th quarter....

I hate this game.


PS: Is there any way to stop power running backs? My LB has 85 Tackle Tech and 70 Tackle Grip - and still missed 6 tackles. It's just stupid.

Team America held our own against the #7 Pro team (up two tiers). Lost by 7 points with a pick-6 and a pick in the endzone..7 total turnovers.

What's your LBs Balance? Yes, that matters.

Not sold that it does, not sold that it doesn't. None of my LB's had the right mix of stuff for me to say it would.

My run stuffing LB's that could take down a powerback without balance, had 90+ power tackling. The other run stuffing one's that could but not quite as well, were built to take on o-lineman/FB's/TE's and shed, so they had a solid amount of balance.

90+ power tackling was better, but it's not like the others were much worse. Never had a LB with both tons of power tackling and balance so couldn't see it helped.

Quite low on Power Tackling. Assuming the "stick" portion of power tackling helps slow/stop him, thus making an easier tackle?

Never thought of that. Although in the same light, my S* SS has 90 power tackling, 50 balance, and mass tackle tech/grip - and still has 22 missed tackles on the season.

My SCO LBs had 90 Power Tackling in/at the end of Soph. Had missed tackles until I upped their Balance. Not the only LBs I've had that issue with.

Yeah, getting tired of this. 3 out of our last 4 ladder games were against some of the better teams two tiers ahead of us (4th, 5th and 11th in their tier). What's the point? There's no way to compete, and the guaranteed losses screw us ladder wise. I can understand playing up against mid ranked teams one tier ahead, but our last game was #4 Seasoned vs #4 Pro. How is that remotely balanced?

Pretty sure Bort's fix of in-tier ladder bugged the out-of-tier matchups. So when we play a tier or two up, we're not playing based on global rank, but rather our respective ranks within our own tiers. Which doesn't make sense.

That should be a priority in the off-season, fixing the bugged out of tier ladder.

There's many teams we have not played in our own tier. If we're going to play up, should be 1 tier up and start near the bottom and work up from there. I understand top ladder teams playing up, but it should make more sense then it has currently. It sucks to drop from 3 to 6 in ladder due to playing top teams 2 tiers up.

Probably something to this. That would also explain why very few Vet vs Pro matchups have happened. Vet is much deeper so being within 20 spots and similar ranking isn't possible.
