Haha. Too bad it will not pay off until like Pro tier or Vet. Pretty crazy though for sure. Cap nightmares await for that 2nd vet season!
Looks like he's building a defense to contend with whatever the offensive meta is at the time. Should be interesting to watch (and also worth noting, the roster will remain cap-friendly until Vet but won't be viable once all players are Vet).
Looks like he's got them a game ahead, xp-wise, so he could be doing the 'Catch Up' at the end of the season to get them the same level as the team.

He could - but any kind of significant cap manipulation would probably be problematic. Omaha BEEF tried it a few seasons back and got penalized pretty hard.

Don't worry, I've got a plan. It does involve keeping either rookie players on the team each season as useless placeholders or going under the 36 man limit. I worked it all out in stobies tool first. Current Rookie S*s will be all caught up to seasoned next season. Going to try to coerce Rob to DC. Offense will still be minimalist, a single RB rush only. Will be using a new soph punter/QB each season as well. I'll be using those useless rookie placeholder spots to build chem on the replacement QB and punter each season.
