Not interested in having the position if GM's and HC's are going to change my offense, I want to actually run the O, I have been the OC for a couple teams, only to have the HC change to their offense, without saying anything to me, so there was no point me being there.
I have a good gameplan, and a decent playbook, will work for most teams.
