In the past admins have responded that it is the responsibility of owners to know who you are promoting into roles on your team. For established players, I get that. Huntsman wanted a GM spot on Fury and I simply ignored him. Newer players who don't know his history may actually believe he's just wanting to help out.

That's what happened on the Undead and how he got the Head Coach spot. Blake Willard (the owner) and I (the GM) had no idea who he was. Blake was really looking for help, which was why even after I told him I wasn't sure I was qualified to be GM he offered me the spot. He asked me about hiring Huntsman and I just told him as was the case I had no idea who he was, but couldn't object although I had an OC I wanted to bring in and didn't want anyone interfering with him.

Turned out, no matter how I do as GM I did Blake a favor by accepting, because Huntsman would have talked him into it and at least I won't harm the team intentionally (and I did change the playbooks the the team was using to do what everyone on the boards says you have to do in Rookie and now we're playing much more like a team with five S*'s).

He can't gut us as Head Coach, but even with that fact and even though he's been nice to me and to Blake (likely just to try to get us to trust him), I think I'll fire him right now, along with Xombi just because I have no way to know Xombi's not a Huntsman multi.

Hey y'all. At the expense of sounding stupid, what is the benefit of having a multi?

The only benefit is that you get another Free Player. Right? That doesn't seem worth the hassle of having to switch back and forth between accounts. Or I guess maybe if you want to start over just to get a better win/loss percentage on your coaching record.

Then the only other thing I can think of is to be part of GLB2 as a spy or a-hole like Huntsman, just to f**k with folks for kicks. What a waste of time and frankly weird.

What am I missing?

lots of people get a multi account so they can have 6 superstars instead of only 3.
