This is my one and only player that currently is aimed to be built as a receiving tight end.
I've put some points into run blk because of my team's offense style.
Like I put on the title I want to hear some opinions and guides this player should consider.

Biggest issue you're going to face is that your conditioning cap is way too low. At 38, even if you spent all your future cap boosts on conditioning, you're only gonna get him to 53 - and you're stuck at 38 until journeyman. You don't have a S* receiving TE on your team - so you probably want to consider whether it would be more beneficial to have a player with a higher conditioning cap.

Build is closed now, but open it and PM me and I'll have a look for you. I build decent rTEs. However, what Fair said above is 100% correct, regardless of what else is going on in the build potential! 53 Cond is low on a receiving drone at end build. It won't make him useless, but he'll struggle to get open on deep routes - you'll still have to invest heavily in sprinting, all the same.
