Yes but not how they look on the field. Weak competition or not there are still things to look for in pickup games...how often SAs fire, whether you have enough conditoning/moral, etc.

Any dev word on if they'll make it so Pickup players can be converted to Normal players?

No new plays? I am disappoint.

Maybe. But pick up games are soooooo bad to watch tho.
