These SA's specify Underneath Zone Coverage. Will these SA's even work for a zone-coverage Free Safety?

Ask your DC, but its very unlikely you will be in underneath zone as an FS. Both of those are SA's for LB's, and some SS's on very specific defenses.

I looked it up and there were 6 plays total where the FS was in underneath zone. Super situational and there are far better options

Showboat is ideal for rookie, and then respec for closing speed, or monster hit if you've pumped power tackling.
