Has anyone, by chance, ever gone through and actually tested Snap Reaction at different intervals with the same Sprint, Quick, FS levels to see just how effective it is?

Something with 5-10 point intervals would be really great, if anyone has tried this.

It would take a great deal of research since snap reaction is a roll. So a player with whatever investment in snap reaction can react much differently from play to play.

It would take a fairly large sample size to determine actual effectiveness.

You'd have to take the average of about a season at bare minimum levels of Snap Reaction, then respec have a season worth of data at cap/max Snap Reaction. And then do that for every position to see how much it impacts different positions.

Would be an interesting experiment though.

If you're only interested in one position, you could do it much more quickly by measuring the snap reaction time for about 30+ plays of about 15+ players at that position, assuming you know all of the relevant attributes of those players.
