Just to add this to the convo.

DD finished with a +64 TO differential, the next closest team was DA at +29.

You got my respect for making zone work.

This is a good first start, but a few things.

1. Playoff games aren't in the summary window.
2. Pass Defense in the summary window does NOT include Sacks (which also effects comp% on plays, not passes).

To find the actual Pass D, you need to parse all Ladder and League games.

I'll do that this morning.

Rankings:
Run: MM, HT, LZ, BB, DD & CF, WW, DA, MB, GB
Pass: WW & MB, GB & DA, HT, BB, CF, LZ, MM, DD

Rankings Total:

HT: 7
WW: 8^
MM: 10
BB: 10
MB: 10^
LZ: 11
DA: 11^
CF: 13
GB: 13^
DD: 15

Observations:

Aeir built the best D.

DA seemingly could be run on this past season (4.7), but not many did (Mix 26%) and same with Whoville (4.6 & 27%) and Madison (5.1 & 26%).

MM faced 80% Passing which was the right call with their #9 Pass D and #1 Run D.

Overall the Defenses are pretty similar in effectiveness. It's the mix of Play Calling (much more Passing) that influences the results more.

Note: ^ designates a team with a top Passing D and therefore an even weighting of Run-Pass rank isn't really appropriate

Lies, our D sucks

And McGruffHawk does all the playcalling. Only thing I put in there from the start was the 3-4 OLB Blitz which I fell in love with on the original Beers team.

The rest is all him.

Funny...when I make comments like this, my team sucks. When it's a GLB2 Legend, he is awesome.

I imagine it has something to do with me winning my league and taking 2nd in the ladder for both my teams and you not doing that.
