That happened to me one season and I don't know how i did it but I contacted support because I could sign anymore players

Having players from lower tiers can cause you to go over the cap. Also, if you sign players who are between tiers and they "catch up" after signing it can get you over the cap. Contact support and they can help you get back under the cap.

Nothing.

I think CD has said before that if it is only by a few %...they won't do anything.

If it is significant - they will make cuts on your roster to bring things in line.
