#2 Valhalla Thunder[#10] vs. #3 Inner City Kids[#7]
Best Team Out: Santiago Sharks[#5]
The first round of the Season 12 playoffs for Alpha will see two heavy passing teams squaring off against two smash mouth ground assaults. Although Inner City boasts a higher ladder ranking than the Thunder, Valhalla won the only match-up between the teams in the regular season. Arizona has been one of the most consistent teams in the league, but has stumbled down the stretch a bit. Will that be enough for Los Santos to avenge the early season loss to the Renegades? With the lack of consistency in rookie rushing, I will tip my cap in favor of the passing teams.

#2 Strange Music[#6] vs. #3 Dumbledore's Army[#22]
Best Team Out: Rated R[#13]
Strange Music and Dumbledore's could be one of the best Round 1 playoff games between any of the divisions. These teams traded blows back and forth in their regular season match-up, eventually tying 35-35. Santa Ana has been completely dominate in just about every game this season and I would expect them to handle FBU with ease.

#1 Saturday Night Live[#4] vs. #4 Hazen Hellhounds[#8]
#2 Attica Blue Devils[#17] vs. #3 Portland Crows[#36]
Best Team Out: #9 Boston Massacre
While this league probably has one of the strongest divisions (Beta) in all of the Rookie leagues, these appear to be some of the weakest match-ups. Portland was absolutely massacred (no pun intended, Boston) by Attica in the early season match-up and I would not expect a different result here. On paper, Hazen and SNL looks to be a very good game in the making with both teams posting a very stout ladder ranking. In reality, SNL has stifled the Hazen offense in both games, winning by comfortable margins.
