I've seen the reciever have the ball much longer than this and it be considered a KL... sometimes a guy will catch it, run 8 yards downfield, then get tackled with the ball coming out, leading to the KL

Where have you been the last 2 years?

iirc Bortdog doesn't seem to care enough to fix it.
