This thread slightly touches a nerve, not that it's the OP's fault. My Central team has been top-10 ladder every season (top-6 every season since reset) and has no hardware to show except 4th ladder last season.

But we've made the playoffs every season, losing to either Ground Assault (2x), Hostile Takeover (1x), or Bronx Bombers (3x). And 3 of those losses were in title games, one in OT. At least 3 of those playoff losses were to the eventual #1 team in the tier.

That's just to echo what others have said about the bias of only looking at titles. That and I felt like ranting about our "almost titles".

you guys are like the younger version of Madison, haha... having tier/overall #1s Minnesota, Hawaii, and Air Raid in my league for the majority of our existence took away a few championships, while a few rinky-dink teams further down the ladder racked up some championships in cake leagues. Don't worry, eventually you'll land in an easier league... orrrrrrr if you're like us, you never will

Judging from the 6 pages of responses, a lot of people do.

Really too many variables hidden to the average eye. I mean most of us know who is good and who is not from playing each other but to have a correct breakdown is nearly impossible.

ha, yeah I wasn't planning on it.

We are capable of beating you guys..just need good dice rolls and good playcalling. So far we haven't had both in the same game yet.

What would really help is if you and Rob simultaneously lost internet access for however long it is until the playoffs are over.

a few things could have changed that i bet oculd have razed it. this season as been pretty good probably will get another ship

but like i could not have randomly gone afk to see who would get cut
