I've taken an interest lately in building/running a team, something to get me a little deeper into the game. I've been building dots on here since the first season, so I'm set with that, as well as a basic team layout of what roster setup I'd like to run with. I think the most intimidating part of this is learning to coordinate for the first time. The only practice I've had is back in the first couple seasons of GLB classic, so practically none. I haven't decided whether I'll look for coordinators to bring in yet, as I'm planning to do this season 14, so I'd like to assume all duties myself for the time being and learn what I can.
What I'm looking for is extra advice on getting my feet wet with coordinating, both sides of the ball, or pointing out extra resources where I can do so. I've done a lot of forum hunting, but it's possible I've overlooked some things. I also have full access to Stobie's wonderful scouting tool.
As a wise man once said, "never half-ass two things, whole-ass one thing." So feel free to help me learn how to whole-ass this.
