Some of us are okay with sharing our success with others.

gruff used to do GA's defense but then he passed it to me after last season. The rest of those guys provide any analysis they see in a game, helps me when I get in a slump. For MeM jf did most everything the first three seasons but he let me take control shortly after to ease things for him a bit. Boss and rob also pitched in a short bit on MeM

how many coaches are there on GA, MeM, and DA? Good gosh... no offense, but with a coaching staff as loaded as you guys, why aren't you blowing everyone out...

not many of us at all left that do everything for just one team, and do it at a high level... just saying...

Have seen a lot of teams just taking on build guys lately which to me just kinda stops the creativity flow. I know I like teams that flip from the norm. I have always gravitated towards the agents that have builds that most people won't touch.

Personally I think the ones that do it more on their own are more impressive. My vote goes to b00n, jbueno, PS3, and Salty crew. Merik as an honorable mention as best builder in GLB2.

In the case of MEM USC does the coordinating and I do most of the builds along with Coachviking. The others are either just friends from GLB1 or people who have helped coach/advise MEM at some point between GLB1 and now. From rookie to seasoned I ran the whole team, from building to gameplanning. I could probably have done it fairly easily from rookie through vet but it got a little bit too cumbersome for me to manage everyday on top of real life distractions so I slowly let USC take over the coordinating reins and relegated myself to building players and advising.

I've coordinated probably a half dozen games worth of defense for GA throughout it's run. Mostly to try some stuff out. Pretty sure USC's never missed a game on offense? Other than that, I assembled the roster, setup the initial design plans, and convinced maGz to be our sugar daddy

I mostly just keep our forum filled with game threads and handle the offseason roster management now.

Dredgar sticks out for me.

We have been routinely frustrated with many hours of scouting and thought we figured out a weakness to exploit only to have him shut that down.

If Rob isn't #1, I don't know what to say.

Never played against TheBoss, and my very brief understanding of the old Hawaii Bulls makes me say there's no way he should be close to Rob.

#1 Rob
#2 (blank)
#3 Everyone else

Boss is very, very good. Great Offensive mind.

Rob is the best DC. He's Gretzy good. He does it across multiple teams and tiers. No one else does that.
