How does this work? I've been part of teams that will say set ____ for this game. I'll list my guesses below so I'm hoping somebody corrects me. I don't expect these guesses to be correct.

Power- Guy gets to QB quicker
Combo- Little of both
Elusive- Better vs outside runs

Power goes directly to the qb but generally trying to go through a blocker as well. Elusive takes a path around the blocker to get to the qb. Combo is a mixture of sorts.

Set to power if your blitzer has spin cycle. Set to elusive if your DE wants to cheese and tackle a HB on a pitch against 4 WR spread.

My post is correct.

Set to Power, always.

Set to power against teams that pass and set to evasive against teams that dont, thats the best situation you can put your defenders in.

power is for when you want to engage immediately. Elusive is for when you want your DEs to try to get around the tackles. Not sure if elusive works, like, AT ALL for interior players though.
