This is crazy. I cannot renegotiate any of my players contracts. I try to do a mass contract renegotiation to get under the salary cap, but it won't sign any of my players. Then I try to sign individually and it says "this will put your over the cap". Hell...I am trying to get UNDER the cap by lowering the salary. How am I suppose to get under the cap when I cannot renegotiate a lower salary with any of my players?

I wish people would wait until offseason, you can do all that shit during offseason.

Yep. My advice to people who have players from multiple tiers on their team is to set everyone back to Medium contracts after the last ladder game and then increase salaries up to the cap after being promoted. If you go over the cap, the only way to get under is to cut players or contact support.
