121 of his 129 punts pinned our opponents either at or inside their 20. You ain't getting that out of a rookie.

121 of 129 is 94%, the same guy had 144 of his 185 rookie punts pin opponents at or inside their 20 (78%). Yeah, a higher level punter is going to add some value, but is he worth the salary difference? If you can add an extra player at an important position, upgrade to a S* or add a bunch of high contracts, I'd say it probably isn't (but that's just me).

Thanks. Might go with sophomore KO specialist but keep my punter each year. I really like Entrapment.

How much salary would you get? Kicker and punters have low contracts.

I like a higher level KOS for Coverage Commander to gold and the heart to power it. I don't recall GA getting a kickoff returned for a TD on us all last season. That sprinting and pursuit presumably is helpful on coverage. The +12 conditioning may have significant energy ramifications over the course of a game with multiple scores. When the kickoff goes for a TB, then the +12 conditioning minimizes the energy invested by the coverage team sprinting downfield to the point they barely engage the first line blockers.

So Entrapment (and Coverage Commander) for Punters, Coverage Commander for KOSs, it seems to me like it's worthwhile taking these positions to Vet with the rest of your team.

70 or so. The price starts to get something stupi after that with 2 or more games to go up one point. It took me nearly a whole season to get to 100 from there.

Whwn youre in a critical moment, do you want the punter that delivers the 1 and 4 chance of punting 15 yards short or the one that has a 1 and 20?

And coffin kicks are sexy. Theyre fun and great but like being good at making people fumble you cant rely on them. Even if he knocks it in the 6 yard line can you defense be relied on to stop it? Lets say you go three and out from a touchbackn can your rookie punter punter more than 45 yards? After the return youre looking at midfield. I certaintly would be skimping on this position.

I love when my rookie punt just falls down trying to handle the snap. That's great

You know the best way to down punts short of touchbacks? Have a 90+ sprinting type gunner on your coverage team. You need extremely high sprinting to get downfield fast enough to down a punt.

If you have guys running ~4.5 40 yard dashes or better on your SE1 and SE2 slots, you'll down many, many more punts before they bounce into the endzone.
