I am looking for a defensive coordinator with our restart as our current defensive coordinator would like to step down if we can find an experienced DC as his time commitment is not sufficient he feels as appropriate. The defense is yours as you deem fit with strategy. All we need is a blue print of the style defense you want so I know what to put out there as the type of players we need. PM me with your interest please and strategy. Rookies can also PM as will consider if they have extensive experience as an agent and know how the game runs. The current defensive coordinator would be a willing sounding board as you learn the ropes.
