From my experience one gains about 2-3 chem per game from 85-100; thus somewhere between the two of you.

From my experience it hasn't been more than 1 after 90 unless you were high chem myself but it is always different so who really knows...either way that's bullshit imo...it only takes 2-3 losses to take you completely out of the picture...

You should get free 100 chem slots at the same position to replace retiring players.
You could keep the current system to put a short term penalty on teams upgrading players.
