i'd like to bring in someone with some experience to help guide the team. it's my first year with a team, but we've done pretty well so far. we're undefeated and rank #1 in rookie ladder. once you see the team's builds, the playbook sort of writes itself, but taking plays out and adjusting tendencies for each game is what i seek.
basically, i want someone to work in close partnership with myself on the offensive side of the ball. help me scout the other team's defense, and together we'll come up with a game plan for each game.
