I desperately need a headcoach with a proven record , im fairly new to this game and totally lost on the play book and tactics and it killed me last season and its just gonna be brutal this season , im active owner .. don't know what that meens when you have coachs but im there . I have a full roster and all players were made with sp's via builder sims .. * my players seem to be great its just the play calling , I simply just do not know enouph to be a winner here and im up against a very Good league players that's scoring on me 60+ to 0 .
