I love the elo reset, but the system would only be perfect if we get a chemistry overhaul.

Pls dont punnish VET Teams for not resetting.

Keep the penalty for inseason signings...maybe an increasing penalty? But allow us to compete for the top ladder each season. It would be so much more fun!

with an elo reset, it's going to be harder every season for teams already in vet competing with those coming up with the much better chemistry

GLB2 is losing money by not doing this... it's making less sense than ever to do a career boost at the end

I've made my opinion on this known several times.

I think the offseason should be 100% chemistry for signing players. It's the appropriate time each season to have roster turnover go unpunished.

Yep an elo reset should bring 100% Chem change to level the playing field

ya - how often do you hear of a player other than a QB who is signed before the season starts --- and then still playing crappy midway through the season and hear the announcer say "well, he is new to the team....just doesn't have the chemistry yet which makes him run slower, catch worse, fumble more and kick badly"

Great point.

1st time ive agreed with Peeti but yeah for sure chem needs a major overhaul. we had 20 something guys last year at 50% and they were non producing until about 4-5 games before the END of the season. i would assume 9/10 other teams facing that same issue would reset or disband, and honestly i think all the resetting and disbanding is where a large drop off in active players came about.
